what a cute little guy.... chenille in the center....felt for nose, buttons for eyes and mouth and super aqua fabric for border.....the sq is 10 in ches and fits nicely in this stand.

fall table topper

i used fall-y fabric....and the D9P pattern....

what's really cute?....the punkin.  

• take a cheap (or not cheap) roll of TP
• wrap batting around it
• place in the middle of a fat quarter
• stuff the fabric in the TP hole....embracing the pleats....and making them sort of even
• i had some corrugated packing (i save all sorts of things) and i rolled a bit of it for the stem (cant see it) and put that in the TP hole....you could roll up cardstock  and wrap in brown raffia....lots of ways to do this
• decorated it with fall stuff...raffia, silk leaves, little fall picks i have had for years
•  it's re-usable and light weight for mailing .....

DD is going to get this in the mail as a surprise !!

many from $ Michael's stamps..... PTI, SU.....wonderful papers....some gauze, sizzix dies......nestabilities..... crumpled tissue paper....and great mini paper packs i bought last year on sale....

the local store i have sold cards to in the past called yesterday....they missed me !  i will call for appt to come and show my new wares next week.  also told them i now quilt....so maybe i can unload some of that...  seems i have to "create" and it is nice to sell stuff to be able to replenish supplies and inspiration....

can be a neat gift bag....got the pattern from an old quilting magazine...they said to fill it with packs of hot chocolate and leave on a neighbor's door.....

ahhhh, a huge SU stamp...works well for partial stamping.  i stamped this one and then cut into thirds....the inside has the final third.....

i can see this on some winter/christmas cards in the future....in person the detail is amazing...this one is stamped in red and embossed with clear EP
