apparently i am NOT the only one to delete the picasa album only to find that pictures were deleted from my blog of several years. guess that is comforting ....sort of......

there is no "fix", no "undo" no looking in the recycle bin for scraps....but trust me, it wont happen again.

guess i didnt take pictures of several....i seem to be deficient in picture taking and keeping.  just a few here:

lost quilts

since i deleted all my pictures for the last few years, i thought i would at least put the quilts i have made in the last year back on so i can remember them.

figured it out

smart phone (new) + dumb user (me) + google search + new app on smart phone = no more pictures on my blog....who knew removing the mugsycreates "album" on the new smart phone would cause ALL my pages of pictures to disappear from my blog.  smarty phone and desktop computer have never even met in person !!

so...on to creating new memories......and new pictures of quilts and cards that i make.  out with the old and in with the new....and no boo hoo-ing about it.

rag quilt

easy to make rag quilt...i used 6 inch WOF strips of pretty fall-like flannel.  unfortunately i sewed it completely backwards first time around and had to rip out all the seams and resew so the fringe was on the "right side".

 lesson.....think twice, sew once.  duh
