christmas
another unnamed stamp..... snowflakes are made with nestability snowflake dies. the background is made by crinkling printed gift wrap tissue paper and then applying it to a piece of cardstock, keeping some of the wrinkles (faux silk technique). the snowflakes are made from large $$ gift bags....sparkle and good weight for embossed cut outs.
christmas
pink background paper from AC Moore.... martha stewart snowflakes punched from silver and white CS, liked the sentiment, cant remember what company though since i got it months ago and it is unmounted. the sentiment is cut out with an EK success label punch. light pink brads anchor the snowflakes to the background

christmas
stamps: PTI winter jar fillers.....red $$ store gift bag embossed with a snowflake CB folder.....the candy cane striped background paper....from Joann's stack from year gone by !! i stamped snowflakes in the jar (hard to see) and used puffy embossing powder .... by mistake. but it looks OK.
christmas
the scalloped circle mats are made from a $$ large gift bag in an icy blue and two circle nestability dies.....the pretty pale blue is a nice change from traditional christmas colors for me
christmas
my mind's eye paper, PTI winter jar fillers stamp set. the shiny red scalloped border was made with a large shiny red gift bag from $$ store. using bags is an inexpensive way to get expensive looking paper ! and it embosses spectacularly

happy snowman
penny black stamp......papers from basic gray and my minds eye.....a bit of clear glitter, a sheer double bow (made with the bow easy).....and you have an easy cute card ! i stamped the scarf on the basic gray paper and cut it out, popping it up with dimensionals....a bit of copic coloring on nose and ear muffs took no time !
quilt
well, i have no idea what, if any at all, pattern this is, but it is so easy to make but looks a bit complicated.
cut two 2 5/8 inch squares of solid color, then eight 1 inch squares of two cordinating patterns...... place the solid ones together to form a star of david.....then place the patterned squares onto the edges.....alternating patterns. a gem or a button in the middle finishes it off.
the background paper is run thru the CB with a folder from the CB oriental collection. it's a great way to use up scraps....and we all have them !!
